The programme is open to relevant work and professional achievement across international property markets.

Entrants may include

• Property developers and development companies
• Architecture and landscape architecture practices
• Interior design studios and consultants
• Real estate agencies and property consultancies
• Engineers, project managers and quality managers
• CEOs, entrepreneurs and business leaders

Choose by achievement, not just project type.

Projects should match the definition and requirements of the selected category. A completed building may support several distinct entries, but the evidence for development, architecture and interior design must each address the achievement being judged.

Company and professional categories should focus on organisational or individual performance rather than presenting only a project portfolio.

One nomination. Several relevant routes.

You may select more than one official category in a single nomination. A project name is required for every selected category. Once the nomination is approved, the portal lists the entries and provides requirements aligned with each category.

A separate category-specific response should be prepared for each selection. Reusing identical criteria answers across unrelated categories weakens relevance and may omit important evidence.

Clear costs and next steps.

• Entry fee: ₼ 1,600 per category.
• Nomination deadline: 15 August 2027.
• Ceremony: 25 November 2027 in Baku, Azerbaijan.
• Payment: the awards team reviews the nomination and sends the invoice by email.

Submitting the nomination form is a request for review. Portal activation and entry progression follow confirmation by the Caspian Property Awards team.
