Information we receive.

When you nominate, contact us or use an approved portal account, we may receive your name, company, project names, selected categories, email, phone number, country, submitted entry material and account or verification records needed to operate the service.

Hosting systems may also record technical information such as IP address, browser, device and request logs for security and reliability.

How information is used.

• Review and administer nomination requests and entries.
• Create and secure approved portal accounts.
• Send invoices, service messages, verification codes and programme communications.
• Assess entries and communicate official results.
• Protect the website and investigate errors or misuse.

Systems and recipients.

Information may be processed by authorised Caspian Property Awards personnel and service providers supporting hosting, email delivery and portal operation. Entry material may be shared with authorised reviewers for awards assessment. We do not describe submitted data as being sold for advertising.

The public website does not intentionally depend on advertising cookies for its core experience. External services you choose to visit, including social networks or newsletter providers, apply their own notices.

Access, correction and deletion.

To ask about personal information, request a correction or make a deletion request, email info@caspian.media. Some records may need to be retained where required for security, financial administration, dispute handling or legal obligations.

Do not send passwords or one-time codes by email. If you believe an account is at risk, contact us promptly.
