Independent programme.

Caspian Property Awards is an independent awards programme presented by Caspian Media. It is not affiliated with International Property Awards, PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards, TITAN Property Awards, Luxury Lifestyle Awards or other third-party programmes. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.

Nominations and fees.

A nomination is a request for review and does not by itself guarantee acceptance, account activation, finalist status or an award. Each selected category is priced at ₼ 1,600 unless an authorised written communication states otherwise. Invoicing and payment instructions are communicated by the awards team.

Accuracy and permissions.

Entrants are responsible for providing accurate information and for having permission to submit project information, photography, plans, artwork, logos, personal information and other material. Submitted work must not unlawfully infringe third-party rights.

Assessment and results.

Entries should answer the requirements of the selected category. The programme may request clarification, reject incomplete or ineligible material, or update administrative arrangements where necessary. Official results are those communicated by authorised Caspian Property Awards channels.

Dates and programme changes.

Published dates, venues, formats and programme details may need to change for operational reasons. Material changes will be communicated through the website or directly to affected entrants where practical.

Website use.

Do not attempt to bypass account controls, interfere with portal operation, upload harmful content or access information that is not authorised for your role. Website content is provided for programme information and may be updated.
